Step 1: Pre-Apprenticeship Training
Start with six weeks of paid, industry-specific training. You’ll gain the basics to hit the ground running in your chosen field.

Step 2: One-Year Apprenticeship
After training, you’ll be placed with an employer for a year of real-world, on-the-job learning. You’ll earn minimum wage while building a career foundation.

Your apprenticeship follows a balanced model:

• 80% on-the-job experience
• 20% structured learning — either online, in class, or on-site

This ensures you’re always growing while staying engaged in meaningful work.
